I don't know how many of you here heard of the term, software management.
there are many elite programmers that who can work independently, but when they pair up with others,
the productivity decreases dramatically.
But a proper project team for any type of software should be well managed or the project will fail( > 80%).
(fail = unable to deliver the project on time)
